Refund & Cancellation Policy

I want you to feel good about investing in Aligned Tarot. If you try a paid membership or program and discover that it genuinely isn't right for you, I don't want you to feel stuck with your purchase.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid Aligned Tarot memberships and programs purchased through Skool. Individual coaching, private tarot sessions, workshops, events, or other services may have separate cancellation and refund terms provided at the time of purchase.

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

New Aligned Tarot paid memberships and program purchases made through Skool are covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

The 30-day period begins on the date of your initial purchase.

If you decide within those 30 days that the membership or program isn't right for you, contact me at Angie@AngieTurgeonLadeau.com to request a refund.

You don't need to prove that you completed a certain amount of the program, attended particular sessions, or completed specific activities before requesting a refund.

I appreciate knowing why an offering didn't work for you because it helps me improve Aligned Tarot, but you are not required to justify your decision in order to use the 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

2. After the 30-Day Guarantee

After the 30-day satisfaction-guarantee period, payments already made are generally non-refundable.

I recognize that life doesn't always fit neatly into policies. If an unusual circumstance arises, you are welcome to contact me. ATL Coaching may choose to make an exception when I believe doing so is fair and appropriate.

Making an exception in one situation does not change this policy or require the same exception in another situation.

3. Cancelling a Recurring Membership

Aligned Tarot memberships are currently hosted and billed through Skool.

You may cancel your recurring membership through your Skool account at any time.

Cancellation prevents future renewal according to Skool's applicable billing and cancellation procedures. Cancelling a membership does not automatically refund previous membership payments.

You are responsible for completing your cancellation through Skool before your next scheduled renewal if you do not want to be charged for another billing period.

Your use of Skool, including its payment and cancellation systems, is also subject to Skool's applicable terms and policies.

4. Program Purchases

The 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies to new Aligned Tarot program purchases made through Skool unless different refund terms are clearly disclosed before purchase.

After the 30-day satisfaction-guarantee period, program payments already made are generally non-refundable.

If a future Aligned Tarot program has different refund or cancellation terms because of its format, duration, or delivery method, those terms will be clearly provided before you purchase.

5. If Aligned Tarot Cancels an Offering

If ATL Coaching cancels a paid program or service before providing what you purchased, we will make it right.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include rescheduling the offering, providing a reasonable alternative, or refunding the portion of your payment associated with services or access that will not be provided.

6. Payments and Refund Processing

Payments for Aligned Tarot memberships and programs covered by this policy are processed through the Skool platform and its applicable payment services.

Any refund approved by ATL Coaching will be processed using the available refund method associated with the original transaction whenever reasonably possible.

The amount of time it takes for refunded funds to appear in your account may depend on Skool, its payment processors, and your financial institution. Those processing times are outside ATL Coaching's direct control.

7. Individual Coaching and Other Services

Individual coaching, private tarot sessions, workshops, events, or other services outside the Aligned Tarot memberships and programs covered by this policy may have their own scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation, and refund terms.

When separate terms apply, they will be provided before or at the time of purchase.
