Aligned Tarot, operated by ATL Coaching (“Aligned Tarot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we may collect when you visit our website, join our email list, participate in Aligned Tarot, purchase an offering, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with our services. It also explains how we use and protect that information and the choices available to you.

This Privacy Policy applies when you interact with Aligned Tarot through our website, email communications, community, programs, or services.

The information we collect depends on how you interact with Aligned Tarot.

2. Aligned Tarot Community and Skool

The Aligned Tarot community, including paid memberships and programs, is currently hosted on the Skool platform.

When you create a Skool account, join Aligned Tarot, participate in the community, make a purchase, manage a subscription, or otherwise use Skool, Skool may collect and process information according to its own terms and privacy practices.

This may include account information, payment-related information, community activity, posts, comments, messages, and other information you provide through the platform.

Skool is a third-party service. ATL Coaching does not control Skool's independent privacy, security, or data-processing practices.

Payments for Aligned Tarot memberships and programs offered through Skool are processed through the Skool platform and its applicable payment-processing services. ATL Coaching does not directly collect or store your complete credit- or debit-card information for those transactions.

We encourage you to review Skool's current privacy policy and terms to understand how information submitted through its platform is handled.

3. Community Participation

Aligned Tarot is a community environment, and members may choose to share personal experiences, reflections, questions, tarot readings, journal insights, photographs, comments, or other information with other members.

Please remember that information you voluntarily post in a community area may be visible to other members.

We ask members to respect one another's privacy, but we cannot guarantee the confidentiality of information you voluntarily share with other community participants.

Use your own judgment when deciding how much personal information to disclose in a community setting.

4. Email Communications and MailerLite

We use MailerLite to manage our email list and send newsletters, announcements, educational content, marketing communications, and other email messages.

If you voluntarily subscribe to our email list, we may collect information such as your name and email address and use it to send the communications you requested or agreed to receive.

MailerLite processes certain information on our behalf in order to provide these email services and is also subject to its own privacy practices.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in those messages.

We may still send non-marketing communications when reasonably necessary to provide a service you requested, respond to you, or administer a transaction or program.

5. Website and Google Sites

Our website is currently hosted using Google Sites.

As with most online services, Google and related service providers may automatically receive certain technical information when you visit the website. Depending on your browser, device, settings, and Google's services, this may include information such as your IP address, browser or device information, and information about how the website is accessed.

Google's handling of information through its services is governed by Google's applicable privacy policies and terms.

We do not control Google's independent data practices.

Each third-party provider has its own terms, privacy policies, and security practices. We are not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third parties.

Our service providers may change as our business and technology needs evolve.

9. Artificial Intelligence and Third-Party AI Services

Some Aligned Tarot educational materials or practices may discuss, demonstrate, recommend, or invite the optional use of artificial intelligence as a thinking or reflection tool.

Unless we specifically tell you otherwise, information that you independently enter into ChatGPT or another third-party AI platform is provided directly to that third party and is subject to that provider's privacy policy, terms, account settings, and data practices.

Before entering journal entries, tarot reflections, personal experiences, or other sensitive information into an AI service, consider what information you are comfortable sharing with that provider.

ATL Coaching does not control how an independent AI provider collects, processes, stores, retains, or uses information you voluntarily submit directly to its service.

10. Personal Information Shared Directly With Us

Coaching, tarot reflection, journaling, and personal-development work can involve personal information.

We treat information shared directly with us with care and do not intentionally disclose private client information publicly without permission, except when disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, enforce an agreement, or provide services through an authorized service provider.

Please understand that no method of electronic communication or data storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Testimonials, Stories, and Marketing

We will not intentionally use an identifiable private client or member story, photograph, testimonial, personal reflection, or similar contribution for public marketing without appropriate permission.

If you voluntarily provide a testimonial and authorize us to use it, we may publish it according to the permission you provide.

You may contact us if you have questions about how an authorized testimonial is being used.

12. When We May Share Information

We may share personal information when reasonably necessary:

• with service providers that help us operate our business;

• to complete or administer a service you have requested;

Information held independently by third-party services such as Skool, Google, or MailerLite may need to be managed directly through those services.

You may unsubscribe from Aligned Tarot marketing emails at any time by selecting the unsubscribe link contained in the email.

Aligned Tarot and its services are intended for adults age 18 and older.

Following a third-party link takes you outside services controlled by ATL Coaching. We are not responsible for the content, security, privacy policies, or data practices of third-party websites or services.
